Step #4:  Watch the Webinar with Richard Hammar to better understand the CARES Act

Step #5:  Watch the Webinar on Applying for CARES Act Funds

Step #6:  As soon as possible to a bank that offers SBA 7(a) Loans (preferably one that you have a relationship with)
